This Notice at Collection is provided to inform you about the categories of personal information Dynisti collects and the purposes for which that information is used. This notice applies to all users of the Dynisti platform, particularly those participating in our mortgage matching quiz.

1. Categories of Information We Collect

To connect you with a mortgage partner, we collect the following:

Identifiers: Name, email address, and phone number.

Sensitive Financial Profile Data: Estimated credit score range, estimated home value, current mortgage balance, and desired cash-out amount.

Demographic Information: Marital status.

Digital Activity: IP address and device type (for fraud prevention and TCPA compliance logging).

2. Purposes for Collection & Use

We collect your information for the following business purposes:

Matching Services: To identify and connect you with a vetted mortgage professional who can fulfill your specific request.

Verification: To ensure the information provided is valid and to prevent automated or fraudulent submissions.

Communication: To allow Dynisti and its Partners to contact you via phone, SMS, or email regarding your mortgage inquiry.

Legal Compliance: To document your "Express Written Consent" as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Homebuyers Privacy Protection Act (HPPA).

3. Selling or Sharing of Personal Information

Sharing for a Business Purpose: Dynisti shares your contact and financial profile data with third-party mortgage partners.

Compensation: Dynisti receives a referral fee or commission from these partners when we successfully facilitate a connection. We do not sell your data to "data brokers" or "trigger lead" lists; we only share it with partners specifically selected to assist with your mortgage goals.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to facilitate the connection with a mortgage partner and to maintain legal records of your consent (typically 3 to 7 years, depending on state statute of limitations for telemarketing and financial records).

5. Your Right to Opt-Out

You have the right to direct us not to sell or share your personal information. However, because our service is the sharing of your information with a

mortgage partner, opting out at the time of the quiz will prevent us from fulfilling your request.

To exercise your right to opt-out after a lead has been shared, you must contact the Mortgage Partner directly, as Dynisti does not control their internal databases once the transfer is complete.
