Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 18, 2026 Location: Wyoming, USA
1. Introduction
Dynisti ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of homeowners. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you use our mortgage connection platform. By using our service, you agree to the data practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
To provide our connection services, we collect information directly from you via our quiz and forms:
Contact Information: Name, email address, and phone number.
Financial Profile Data: Estimated credit score range, estimated home value, remaining mortgage balance, and requested cash-out/refinance amounts.
Demographic Data: Marital status.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device identifiers (collected for fraud prevention and compliance logging).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly for the following purposes:
To match you with a vetted, local mortgage partner.
To facilitate the initial introduction and transfer of your inquiry.
To verify your identity and prevent fraudulent submissions.
To maintain a record of your "Express Written Consent" as required by federal law.
4. How We Share Your Information
Dynisti is a referral platform. When you submit your information:
The Lead Transfer: You are providing affirmative, express consent for Dynisti to share your data with one or more of our third-party Mortgage
Partners.
Compensation: We receive referral fees or compensation from these Partners for the introduction.
Third-Party Policies: Once your data is transferred to a Partner, their privacy policy governs their use of your information. Dynisti does not control the data retention or marketing practices of independent mortgage professionals.
5. 2026 Federal Compliance (HPPA & GLBA)
Anti-Trigger Lead Policy: In compliance with the Homebuyers Privacy Protection Act (HPPA) (Effective March 2026), Dynisti does not sell "trigger leads" based on credit inquiries. All information shared is "First-Party Data" provided voluntarily by you.
Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA): We treat your financial profile as Non-Public Personal Information (NPI) and utilize industry-standard encryption to protect it during transmission.
6. Your Rights & Opt-Outs
Right to Stop: You may choose not to complete the quiz at any time.
Post-Transfer Opt-Out: Because Dynisti does not manage your mortgage application or maintain a user account, we cannot delete your information from a Partner's database once the transfer is complete. To opt-out of further communications, you must contact the Mortgage Partner directly.
Do Not Call: By providing your number, you grant Dynisti and its partners a 90-day exemption from any State or Federal "Do Not Call" registries to discuss your specific inquiry.
7. Data Security
We utilize Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption for all data entries. We restrict access to your personal information to those employees and partners who need the information to perform their specific job functions.
