1. Description of Service

Dynisti ("the Company," "we," "us") operates a connection platform designed to match homeowners ("Users") with vetted, third-party mortgage professionals ("Partners"). Dynisti is a referral and lead-generation service only.

2. No Professional Advice & Licensing Disclaimer

Not a Lender: Dynisti is not a mortgage broker, lender, or financial institution. We do not issue mortgages, quote rates, or provide financial advice.

No Licensing: Dynisti is not licensed to provide mortgage or credit services. All financial decisions should be made in consultation with a licensed professional.

No Guarantees: Dynisti does not guarantee that a User will qualify for a loan or be satisfied with the services of a Partner.

3. Vetting & Third-Party Interaction

Dynisti vets Partners for license status and reputation at the time of onboarding.

The "Hand-Off": Once a User's information is submitted and transferred to a Partner, Dynisti’s role is complete. We do not participate in the loan fulfillment process.

Independent Relationship: Partners are independent third parties. Dynisti is not responsible for the acts, errors, or products of any Partner.

4. Consent to Contact & 2026 Compliance

By submitting a form or quiz on Dynisti, you provide your express written consent to be contacted by Dynisti and our Partners via telephone, SMS/text message, and email, even if your number is on a "Do Not Call" registry.

Anti-Trigger Lead Compliance: In accordance with the Homebuyers Privacy Protection Act (HPPA), effective March 5, 2026, you acknowledge that your data is being shared based on your explicit opt-in and not as a "trigger lead" generated by a credit inquiry.

Opt-Out: Dynisti is only responsible for the initial introduction. To stop receiving communications, you must contact the Mortgage Partner directly to unsubscribe.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Wyoming law, Dynisti shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the website or the services provided by a Mortgage Partner.

6. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL BE SETTLED BY BINDING ARBITRATION IN THE STATE OF WYOMING. You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action.
